Aydan Reimer | Assistant Account Executive

Aydan Reimer brings experience in advocacy, public policy, and strategic communications, with a focus on government, education and labor organizations, and social-impact work. She has worked across Capitol Hill, the National Education Association, and Fulkerson Kennedy & Co., a Washington, D.C.–based boutique political development and advisory firm. Her time on the Hill and at the NEA gave her firsthand insight into how policy is developed, debated, and communicated—reinforcing the importance of translating complex issues into clear, compelling messages.
At FK&Co., Aydan supported public affairs and strategic communications efforts for a range of clients, contributing to research, message development, and day-to-day client support. Through this work, she gained hands-on experience in how strategy, storytelling, and media engagement intersect to shape public narratives and drive impact. She also brings adjacent exposure to healthcare and health policy, as well as technology policy, allowing her to support clients operating at the intersection of policy, advocacy, and emerging issues.
Aydan earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from The George Washington University. She approaches her work with a research-driven, collaborative mindset and is passionate about using storytelling to advance meaningful social change.
